Retained foreign body post-PCNL: an unusual complication and endoscopic management

Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) for large kidney stones can rarely lead to retained guidewire sheaths. This case report details successful removal of an encrusted foreign body using retrograde intrarenal surgery.
