Summary

This study optimized cell-free DNA (cfDNA) isolation from cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) for clinical use. Magnetic bead-based isolation yielded more cfDNA, and vacuum application boosted concentrations for improved in vitro diagnostic (IVD) testing.
