Colony and bacterial LAMP: Simple alternative methods for bacterial determination

We developed new bacterial LAMP methods for rapid bacterial detection directly from colonies or cultures, eliminating DNA extraction. This offers a simple, cost-effective diagnostic tool, especially for resource-limited settings.
