Non-tuberculous mycobacterial (NTM) lymphadenitis, often unilateral, is rare in immunocompetent children. This case highlights extensive bilateral cervical and retropharyngeal lymphadenitis caused by Mycobacterium Avium Complex (MAC) in such a patient.
