Rowing and pain: does rowing lead to exercise-induced hypoalgesia?

Summary

Maximal rowing exercise induced hypoalgesia (EIH), a significant decrease in pain sensitivity, across all body locations. Submaximal rowing and control sessions did not produce EIH effects in experienced rowers.
