A new virtual reality (VR) task effectively detects unilateral spatial neglect (USN), a condition often missed by traditional tests. This immersive VR assessment shows higher sensitivity in identifying USN in extra-personal space, aiding in better diagnosis and understanding of spatial processing deficits.
