Peripapillary Choroidal Neovascularization Type 2 With Pitchfork Sign: A Case Report

This case report details a rare pitchfork sign in peripapillary choroidal neovascularization (CNV). The sign, visualized via OCT and OCTA, appeared in a young female without inflammation.
