Summary

Quantitative BOLD (qBOLD) MRI accurately measures brain oxygen metabolism. This new 3D qBOLD method shows excellent reproducibility and aligns with calibrated BOLD (cBOLD) MRI for reliable oxidative metabolism assessment.
