Re-irradiation of a Classic Kaposi's Sarcoma Using Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy

Re-irradiation therapy effectively treated recurrent classic Kaposi's sarcoma in a patient whose lesions progressed after initial radiation. This approach showed positive short-term outcomes for managing this rare cancer.

- Further long-term studies are warranted to assess the durability of response and potential side effects.
