Immunophenotyping of peripheral blood in NSCLC patients discriminates responders to immune checkpoint inhibitors

Peripheral blood markers like Tregs, C3, monocytes, and MPV may predict treatment response in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs). These findings offer potential new biomarkers for NSCLC immunotherapy.

- Baseline Tregs, C3, monocytes, and MPV warrant further investigation as potential biomarkers for NSCLC immunotherapy.
