First-line immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy shows promising survival outcomes for non-small cell lung cancer patients ineligible for chemotherapy. This includes those with poor performance status (PS), demonstrating significant progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).
