[Radiological study of carcinoma of the lung in stage III]
Abstract:
A radiologic study of 50 patients with stadium III lung cancer is made. The main radiologic signs were an opacity indicating a mass (100%), hilar widening (70%), mediastinal widening (40%), atelectasis 40% and pneumonitis (34%). The most common histologic diagnosis found was that of squamous carcinoma (38%).
