Summary

This study reports a rare case of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-positive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in the iris following penetrating keratoplasty. Treatment led to the disappearance of ocular lesions, suggesting key roles for EBV infection and immune factors.
