Schober test is not a valid assessment tool for lumbar mobility

The Schober test may not accurately predict lumbar mobility impairment in chronic low back pain (cLBP) patients. Its reliability is questionable when compared to modern measurement devices, suggesting its use as a supplementary monitoring tool.
