Unusual Presentation of a Granulocytic Sarcoma

A rare granulocytic sarcoma, a tumor of immature granulocytes outside bone marrow, caused a large bowel obstruction in a myelodysplastic syndrome patient. Surgical removal confirmed the diagnosis, highlighting this unusual extramedullary manifestation.
