Purpose Of Review:
To highlight recent and relevant treatment considerations while managing mucosal melanoma.
Recent Findings:
Evidence is building to support the use of targeted therapy and immunotherapy while managing mucosal melanoma. Surgical resection with postoperative radiotherapy plays a major role in managing resectable disease. Recent studies evaluate the addition of targeted, and immunotherapies with an attempt to determine the most efficacious sequence of treatment.
