    Summary

    Labiaplasty positively impacts male sexual response and satisfaction, with partners reporting significant improvements in intercourse frequency and overall satisfaction. The procedure did not affect ejaculation function.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the effects of labiaplasty on male partners' sexual response and satisfaction.

    Main Methods:

    • 49 partners of labiaplasty patients completed sexual health questionnaires preoperatively and 6 months postoperatively.
    • Validated instruments included the Male Sexual Health Questionnaire Ejaculatory Dysfunction (MSHQ-EjD), Golombok-Rust Sexual Satisfaction Scale, and New Sexual Satisfaction Scale.

    Main Results:

    • No significant changes were noted in ejaculation function (MSHQ-EjD).
