Targeting sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma with a combinatory immunotherapy approach

This study shows that combining anti-PD-L1 blockade with IL-15 superagonism significantly enhances natural killer (NK) cell killing of sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma (SNUC) cells. These findings support further research into immunotherapy for SNUC.
