Background:

The Internet of Things (IoT) generates massive data, necessitating reliable sharing for smart applications.
Traditional centralized data sharing faces single points of failure, low reliability, and opaque access.
Existing schemes struggle with the dynamic and decentralized nature of IoT environments.

Purpose of the Study:

To propose a secure and dynamic access control scheme (SDACS) for decentralized IoT data sharing.
To enable auditable and reliable fine-grained access control for data owners.
To address the limitations of traditional centralized data sharing in IoT.

Main Methods:

Implemented attribute-based control (ABAC) with Hyperledger Fabric and InterPlanetary File System (IPFS).
Deployed four access control contracts on blockchain for policy coordination and implementation.
Developed a lightweight, certificateless authentication protocol for secure identity management and data transmission.

Main Results:

The proposed SDACS scheme provides decentralized and fine-grained access control for IoT data.
It ensures double-layer data protection through off-chain authentication and secure message transmission.
Experimental analysis confirmed high throughput, security, and stability in IoT data sharing.
