Resistance and aerobic training (RT+AT) alone improved fitness and insulin resistance in obese soldiers more than when combined with Tirzepatide. Tirzepatide supplementation did not offer additional benefits when used with exercise.

Purpose of the Study:

- Six weeks of combined RT+AT alone is more effective than when combined with Tirzepatide for improving cardiorespiratory fitness, strength, and insulin modulation in prediabetic obese soldiers.
- Tirzepatide supplementation at 5mg or 2.5mg did not provide significant additional benefits when combined with exercise training.
- There was no significant difference in outcomes between the two Tirzepatide dosages when used with exercise.
