Stromal augmentation with small-incision lenticule extraction (SMILE) lenticules significantly alters corneal biomechanics in advanced keratoconus (KCN) patients. This study quantifies these changes using Corvis ST, showing improved corneal stiffness and structural integrity post-procedure.
