Efficacy of serial casting protocols in idiopathic toe-walking

Weekly serial casting for idiopathic toe-walking (ITW) significantly improves ankle range of motion (ROM) more than two-week casting. Recurrence rates were similar between groups, suggesting shorter casting intervals are more effective for ITW treatment.
