Epithelial membrane protein 2 (EMP2) predicts poor outcomes in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) patients receiving chemotherapy. Targeting EMP2 with docetaxel reduced tumor burden, suggesting a new therapeutic strategy for TNBC.
