Caffeine and Sleep in Preventing Post-spinal Headache: Which One is More Effective?

Sleep quality and insomnia severity significantly impact post-spinal headaches more than caffeine. Poor sleep increases headache risk, while good sleep and adequate duration decrease it, suggesting sleep management is key for post-spinal anesthesia care.
