Seegene Anyplex II assays detect HPV consistently using DNA extracts from different extraction methods

Purpose of the Study:

• To compare the performance of two DNA extraction kits (Zymo Quick-DNA Viral Kit and Roche MagNA Pure 96) for HPV detection in anal samples.
• To evaluate the suitability of these kits for the Seegene Anyplex II HPV28 assay.
