This review explores how event-related potentials (ERPs), event-related oscillations (EROs), and non-invasive brain stimulation (NIBS), especially transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS), interact. ERP-aligned tACS offers new ways to precisely modulate brain activity and cognitive functions.
