Periorbital Oedema Associated with Hypothyroidism - A Case Report

Summary
This case study highlights that hypothyroidism can cause periorbital edema, a rare symptom. Disruption of thyroid medication regimen, not pituitary microadenoma, was the cause of elevated thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) and subsequent edema.
