Prostate size, source configuration, and dosimetry dynamics of stranded 125I seed implants

Seed movement after prostate brachytherapy is mostly random, influenced by edema. While prostate size changes are complex to infer from seed movement, dosimetry metrics like V100 and D90 remain relatively stable post-implant.
