Pigment epithelium-derived factor expression and role in follicular development

Pigment epithelium-derived factor (PEDF) supports folliculogenesis by interacting with FSH and AMH in granulosa cells. Its expression increases during follicular growth, influencing angiogenic and oxidative balance.
