- SCORing Atopic Dermatitis (SCORAD) showed no significant impact on AD severity (MD: -0.12, P = 0.91), despite observed heterogeneity in some analyses.
Conclusions:
- Mobile health (mHealth) applications and telemonitoring significantly enhance patients' quality of life (DLQI) and self-management capabilities (POEM).
- These digital interventions do not demonstrate a significant effect on the clinical severity of atopic dermatitis (SCORAD).
- ICT offers a promising avenue for improving patient-reported outcomes in atopic dermatitis management.
