Are Cellular Bone Matrix Allografts a Viable Option for Mandibular Tissue Engineering and Reconstruction?

Cellular bone matrix (CBM) allografts show promise for mandibular reconstruction, with a 73.7% success rate. However, patients with penicillin allergy or diabetes mellitus experienced lower success rates, warranting further investigation.
