Prenatal diagnosis of chorioangioma associated with polyhydramnios using ultrasound

This paper presents a case of chorioangioma associated with polyhydramnios and premature delivery in which the placental tumour was diagnosed before delivery using ultrasound. In cases of polyhydramnios careful ultrasonic examination not only of the fetus, but also of the placenta, is recommended.
