Summary
A novel live attenuated virus, rOC43-CoV2 S, was created using severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) spike protein. This biosafety level 2 agent effectively elicits neutralizing antibodies and protects against SARS-CoV-2 infection.
