Analyze characteristics of evaluated psychosocial health programs for children and adolescents.
Identify priorities and underrepresented areas within the Green List Prevention.
Optimize the register's search functions for improved usability.

Summary:

102 programs were analyzed, targeting children, adolescents, and secondary groups like teachers and guardians.
Social/life skills and guardian training programs were prominent.
Behavioral prevention focused on violence, addiction, and mental health; nutrition/physical activity programs were scarce.
Most programs met statutory health insurance eligibility criteria.
Potential for digital implementation and further aspects were identified.

The Green List Prevention contains numerous measures with potential for expansion.
Improved search functions can optimize the user-friendly processing of knowledge on effective measures.
Facilitates resource-conserving, evidence-based action in child and adolescent health promotion.
