  • This case illustrates the pathological impact of odontomas on adjacent developing teeth.
  • Observed effects include malformation of the first molar and aplasia of the second and third molars.
  • The presence of odontomas was directly linked to the patient's symptoms and dental anomalies.

  • Histopathological examination is essential to exclude malignancy.
