Summary

The Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT C) moderately correlates with phosphatidylethanol (PEth) blood levels. While AUDIT C can identify some heavy drinkers, a score of 0 reliably excludes high alcohol consumption indicated by PEth.
