Surgical repair combined with satellite myoblasts (SM) and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) injections effectively treated chronic rotator cuff tears in rats. This approach improved muscle mass and reduced fatty degeneration, promoting better tendon healing and muscle regeneration.
