Summary

This study details a case of acute regional occult outer layer retinopathy (AROR) in a 63-year-old female, characterized by visual disturbances and significant retinal atrophy. Diagnostic imaging confirmed widespread retinal damage and outer layer thinning, consistent with AROR.
