Reducing Apical Bacterial Extrusion: The Impact of Reciproc File Size and Irrigation Technique

Reciproc files 25/0.08 caused more bacterial extrusion than larger 40/0.06 files, especially with passive ultrasonic irrigation (PUI). Larger file sizes in root canal preparation reduced apical bacterial extrusion.
