Purpose of the Study:

To evaluate the efficacy of reverse and antegrade thread lifting vectors.
To assess the impact of different thread types on treatment outcomes.
To enhance precision and effectiveness in correcting nasolabial folds and marionette lines.

Main Methods:

Three female patients (ages 43, 48, 53) with nasolabial folds were treated.
Diverse thread types and vector techniques were employed.
Video demonstrations documented the procedural techniques.

Main Results:

Significant improvements were observed in the correction of nasolabial folds.
Marked reduction in the appearance of marionette lines was achieved.
