Summary

Hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelets (HELLP) syndrome can cause serous retinal detachments. Wide field swept-source OCT angiography (WF SS-OCTA) effectively diagnosed choroidal infarction in a patient with HELLP syndrome.
