Entinostat as a combinatorial therapeutic for rhabdomyosarcoma

Combining entinostat with chemotherapy shows promise against aggressive alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (ARMS). This epigenetic therapy combination may overcome chemotherapy resistance in pediatric soft tissue sarcoma patients with poor prognoses.
