Short- and long-term prognostic performance of exercise ECG and myocardial perfusion SPECT

Myocardial perfusion SPECT (MPS) and exercise ECG (Ex-ECG) effectively predict short-term cardiac events. However, their long-term prognostic value diminishes, with underlying risk factors becoming more critical after five years.
