Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate CX-01, a humanized anti-ceramide single-chain variable fragment (scFv), as a prophylactic MRC for GI-ARS.
  • To assess the efficacy of CX-01 in preventing radiation-induced lethality in a mouse model.
