- Overall survival was significantly improved with talquetamab (0.4 mg/kg QW: median NR vs. 16.5 months; 0.8 mg/kg Q2W: median NR vs. 15.9 months).
Conclusions:
- Both talquetamab dosing schedules showed superior effectiveness compared to real-world treatment in TCE RRMM patients.
- Talquetamab represents an effective immunotherapy option for patients with TCE RRMM.
