    Summary

    We developed a novel method to label proteins with N6-aminohexyl-flavin adenine dinucleotide (AHFAD) for improved apoenzyme reactivation immunoassay systems (ARIS). This technique enables precise labeling and enhances assay performance for thyroxin-binding globulin (TBG).
