Summary

Doxorubicin plus trabectedin shows promise as a second-line treatment for recurrent uterine leiomyosarcoma (LMS), a rare and aggressive cancer. This combination chemotherapy led to a significant partial response and extended progression-free survival in a patient with advanced LMS.
