Body Oxygen Level Test (BOLT) is not associated with exercise performance in highly-trained individuals

The Body Oxygen Level Test (BOLT) does not correlate with exercise performance in elite speedskaters. This study found no significant link between BOLT scores and anaerobic or aerobic capacity metrics. Athletes should use BOLT cautiously for performance insights.
