Purpose of the Study:

• To design and evaluate a virtual learning hub, the Designing for Dissemination and Implementation (D4D&I) Learning Hub.
• To provide foundational Dissemination and Implementation (D&I) knowledge and skill-building opportunities for novice implementers.
• To train participants in a multicomponent D&I implementation strategy bundle.

Main Methods:

• Developed a six-module virtual e-learning curriculum for the D4D&I Learning Hub.
• Utilized expert trainers, mentorship, and a Virtual Learning Collaborative.
• Employed quantitative and qualitative methods based on the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model to assess the hub's effectiveness.

Main Results:

• Thirty-one participants completed the D4D&I Learning Hub across four cohorts.
• Participants reported high relevance and favorability, indicating acquisition of intended knowledge and skills.
• Participants demonstrated increased understanding of D&I theories, partner engagement, and fidelity assessment.
