Docetaxel and cabazitaxel show activity as first subsequent taxane therapy in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer after docetaxel intensification. Background:
- Advanced prostate cancer management is evolving with earlier use of survival-prolonging therapies in metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC).
